RESERVATION POLICIES:

As we are an appointment based business, we prefer that appointments are made ahead of time. We can usually accommodate call-in and walk-in sessions but they are subject to a first come, first serve basis. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that scheduling complications may arise, but please make all cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. 

CHECK-IN:

Upon checking in, Cryotique staff will provide you with some forms that are essential to building your client progress file. These forms help us to get to know your needs and desires so that we may best serve you. 

FACILITIES:

Our facility is located at 1905 W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL. 33606. Conveniently located in Tampa's Hyde Park area, we offer on site parking, restrooms and beverages.
